Executive Assistant Zurich // Zug, Switzerland Dialectic is seeking an experienced C-level Executive Assistant to be their right hand person and partner for a senior executive. The qualified candidate should anticipate, manage, strategize, and execute on their personal and business endeavors. Immersed in their professional life, you will be the single point of contact, liaising with the team, business partners, and personal staff while ensuring both the office and home are well-organized and running efficiently. Mature, thoughtful and confident, you can pre-empt problems and suggest well-thought-out solutions. You thrive on keeping your principal organized and setting up processes to remove potential friction. The successful candidate should have the grit, business acumen, and organizational skills to get things done and always remain two steps ahead, with the primary goal of optimizing the Founder’s time and performance. Responsibilities: • Take responsibility for developing and implementing efficient administrative and operational processes and workflows both for personal and organizational use. • Onboard and manage the Personal Assistant • Calendar & inbox management • Manage appointments and meetings; attend meetings and take notes, prepare meeting briefing docs, think through all aspects of meeting logistics. • Prioritize their time, both personally and professionally, to ensure they are focused on their goals and milestones to maximize their productivity. • Maintain "to do" and priority lists and ensure those items get accomplished (documents that need to be executed, meeting follow up, emails, meetings to be scheduled, milestones to hit, action items from the team, etc.). • Personal and professional logistics, engaging with contractors and service providers to coordinate appointments, finances, home projects, and travel. • Prepare PowerPoint presentations • Schedule team meetings & team birthday gifts • Handle travel arrangements & itineraries Words that best describe you: Resilient, ambitious, highly organized, extremely discreet, warm, caring, possess high EQ, strong communicator, helpful, confident, polished, well spoken, concierge mentality Requirements: • University degree or KV with demonstrated, direct, stable experience • 4+ years’ experience in a similar, demanding role, ideally in the technology or investment sector • Proven track record as C-level assistant • Ability to come forward with suggestions on new procedures and add extra influence and weight to the company • Accustomed to liaising at the highest level within companies and truly wanting an involving and fast-paced role working within a boutique and extremely interesting environment • Able to work autonomously, managing busy schedules and calendars with ability to identify urgent correspondence • Excellent communication skills in English. German and Swiss German is a bonus • Well versed in C-suite terminology and fluent in GSuite, Outlook and Basecamp Location:

The Candidate should be located in Switzerland or able and willing to move to Switzerland over time. Traveling is an important part of our company's culture and there will be many opportunities during the year for working remotely as well. We also have periodic company off-sites which employees are encouraged to join where we perform sprints on specific projects.
